Experience a wine tasting from a completely different perspective!
Hike with us through the Rüdesheim vineyards and try the wines where they grow and ripen at up to five different locations in the middle of the vineyards.
Together with you, we will take the cable car up to the Niederwald monument and hike downhill back to the city.
On the way you will get interesting, humorous insights into the history of viticulture in our region, the processing of the grapes and the production of our wines.
And during several stops you can taste our wines “up close”.
You can book wine hikes with us for groups of 12 people or more.
You can experience wine hikes with us in German, English, Dutch and French! We can accommodate other languages (e.g. Danish, Spanish or Italian) on request.
Please note:
Unfortunately, our wine hikes are not suitable for people with walking difficulties!
Small Winewalk
We will pick you up (at your hotel or at a designated meeting point in the city center of Rüdesheim) and walk comfortably back to the city, downhill through the vineyards (Panoramaweg).
We take a break at five different places where you can try 5 different white wines from Rüdesheim (one wine per stop).
Our small winewalk takes about 1-1.5 hours.
Big Winewalk
We will pick you up (at your hotel or at an agreed meeting point in downtown Rüdesheim) and take the cable car up to the Niederwald monument.
From there we walk comfortably and leisurely through the vineyards down into town.
We take a break at five different places where you can try 5 different white wines from Rüdesheim (one wine per station).
Our big winewalk takes about 2-2.5 hours.
